Terms of program promotion

LIMITATIONS:
- the program prohibits sending requests on behalf of clients,
- only applications sent by unique users are correctly counted,
- ban on using the Ratado.pl brand in SEM campaigns (Brand Bidding)
- it is forbidden to use the offer, intellectual property and name and brand of the Advertiser as a subject of games of chance and competitions,
- if the Partner wants to use his own materials or his own advertising copy, he must contact us in advance to obtain the approval and approval of the material. The Advertiser reserves the right to monitor the websites promoting "ratado.pl" and to exclude from the campaign with immediate effect Publishers emitting content violating the law or norms of morality, in particular:
a) pornographic and erotic content,
b) offensive, slanderous, violating personal rights of other people,
c) content calling for hatred, racism, xenophobia, conflicts between nations or religions,
d) content infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights, or encouraging to infringe copyright, including by providing information or materials that may be used to infringe a copyright or other intellectual property rights.
