• Any site offering email marketing, but will not provide their mailing IP for our review (to ensure they are not SPAM sites)
• Sites that require users to pay to access
• Incent sites
• Sites dedicated/specialized for mobile traffic
• Sites without privacy policies and/or terms & conditions
• Sites with questionable content
• Providers with poor reputations and bad credit histories/ outstanding complaints
• Using names "i-Say" and "Ipsos" in promotional activities.
