Determining whether the client:

- consumer loan - mortgage, taken after July 21, 2017, repaid by the customer before the date specified in the repayment schedule; consumer loan - cash, taken after December 17, 2011, repaid by the customer before the date specified in the repayment schedule.

At this stage, we ask the client to send documents for analysis.
STAGE II - legal analysis
The client is obliged to send the required documents.
Legal analysis lasts up to 72 hours on working days and is free of charge.
We come back to the client with information about the amount of the buyout we can offer him.
The customer is under no obligation to conclude a contract with us.
STAGE III - conclusion of the contract
Helpfind concludes a debt assignment agreement with the Client.
The customer is obliged to send the originals of the loan agreement and two copies of the documents sent to him.
