Description of the Twisto Affiliate Program
REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years or older, - Polish citizens require a residence and residence address in Poland, - EU citizens require a residence address in Poland, - For non-EU citizens, a permanent residence permit and a correspondence address are required in Poland, - the customer should set up an account for private, non-commercial purposes, - no bankruptcy, enforcement or security proceedings are pending against the customer.
Terms of program promotion
RESTRICTIONS:
- no sending of mailing, - no sending of text messages, - no consent for Facebook actions, - actions in Google Ads are allowed provided that no brand phrases are used, - all leads must be filled in by the data subject - it is forbidden entering data on forms on behalf of those interested by third parties, - all leads provided to the advertiser must be completed on the form on the advertiser's LP - it is forbidden to place the form (or the entire page) on the affiliates' website (e.g. by iframe), it is forbidden to use automatic mechanisms copying and pasting data on the advertiser's form - e.g. by collecting data on own forms and copying them to the advertiser's form, - all leads must be preceded by a conscious click on advertising material - it is forbidden to use poping mechanisms, to cookie the user without clicking on the advertisement, automatic redirect - it is prohibited to take actions that direct the user indirectly to the client's website without the need to click on the advertisement (redirecting); in particular, it is forbidden to use a domain with a slightly different name (misleading, misspeling) from the domains of clients that redirect to the client's site, - it is forbidden to encourage users to add advertising (tracking) links to bookmarks (bookmark) in the browser, - hiding links, advertisements in a way that may lead to unknowing clicks by the user, - it is prohibited to use link shortening mechanisms.
Violation of the above rules will result in the removal of the publisher from the program and cancellation of remuneration from generated shares and taking appropriate legal steps.
Keyword policy - search engine activities
As part of the activities carried out for the advertiser, the keyword policy is limited. The changes apply to Publishers who, under the advertiser's affiliate program, advertise the website (store / www / landing page and all others) advertisers in search engines such as Google, Netsprint, Bing, Yahoo and search partners of these search engines, and redirect traffic through dedicated domains.
Restricted keyword policy is forbidden to use the advertiser's mark in the content of ads and to direct traffic from the search engine to the store.
This prohibition applies to:
- buying ads for words related to "advertiser name / advertiser site name"; the ban applies to all mutations, variations, and spelling mistakes that may be associated with the advertiser's brand. The final assessment of the association of the Smartney mark can be made by the Twisto representative himself. the correct name 'advertiser name' cannot be used in the content of the ad and in the name of the Publisher's subdomain; - automatic redirection to the advertiser's website from an ad bought in the search engine; - copying the content from the advertiser's website and placing it under other domains, launching the advertiser's websites in frame and iframe or other technique in another domain.
The rules apply to Google, Bing, Yahoo search engines and partner websites of listed suppliers (applies to AdSense, AdWords, AdKontekst, and other ads).
Violation of the above rules will result in the removal of the publisher from the program and cancellation of remuneration from generated shares and taking appropriate legal steps.
