Rules for using the Call Center:
A. The CC operator may not present himself as an employee of Alfa-Bank, Alfa-Bank, partners of Alfa-Bank, associate with Alfa-Bank or use other means to become similar to Alfa-Bank.
B. Any voice communication with the client is forbidden without his prior consent to receive advertising information.
C. It is forbidden to incorrectly inform about the properties of products, terms of receipt and prices of the goods, the method of obtaining the goods.
D. It is forbidden to use the client's personal data without the client's prior consent.
E. It is forbidden to be rude to the client, to use profanity, or to persuade the client to complete the survey.
F. It is forbidden to use auto-dial, ring and reset, and use the robot.
G. Forbidden intrusive (repeated) calls, as well as calls on holidays, weekends, forbidden calls from 18:00 to 10:00.
