Complete MyLead Guide - My Profile

By clicking on your email in the top right corner, you’ll be able to open the menu and access your profile page.

There are 7 sections you’ll find here:

1. General - you can select the language for the dashboard (12 languages available), choose your preferred currency, and set the sound that plays every time you get a lead (you can also turn it off here).

2. Personal data - in this section, you can update your avatar, personal details (first and last name), contact information (phone number), address, and account type.

3. Security - here you can change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage login options for the mobile application.

4. Social Media - if you want, you can add your social accounts here.

5. Payments - currently, you can choose between 7 different payment methods, and this is the place to set them up.

6. Notifications - you can opt for email or SMS notifications, and choose between daily or monthly updates.

7. Activity - the last section shows your most recent logins.

TIP: If you see any suspicious logins (e.g., unknown IP addresses) under the Activity tab, change your password immediately and notify your account manager!
